Refund Policy

Respecting the changed global situation in the world, we have made WordCamp Kerala 2023 tickets refundable. You can also transfer your ticket to other attendees as well.

How to get a refund?

To get a refund, please send a message to us through our contact form or email: kerala-AT-wordcamp-DOT-org with your request. We will aim to get back to you in five business days.

Please note, however, that refunds may be slightly delayed, and we may need additional banking information from you to credit the refund amount. To speed up the process, please share your banking information (Your name, Bank Account number, IFSC Code, Bank Name, Branch name OR your UPI ID) if you are based out of India, or your PayPal ID (if you live outside India) in your email.

In some cases, we may be able to issue refunds to your source account, in which case, we may not need this information.

Is there a deadline for me to request a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted before the event (on or before March 24th, 2023). Requests received after that date will not be acknowledged.

How to transfer my ticket to someone else?

Alternatively, you can also transfer your purchased tickets to other attendees.

If you have purchased a ticket but are unable to attend the event, you may give away your ticket to someone else! Here are details on how you can transfer a ticket.

Step 1:


Open the Ticket confirmation email and click on the edit ticket information link.

Step 2:


Click Edit information to update and save new attendee information.

Validate the transfer by checking the new user information in the WordCamp Kerala 2023 attendees page (to be published soon)
