He has more than 8 years experience in Webhosting and Domain industry and worked along with different web hosting companies and domain registrar. He has hands-on experience on the technical side as well as the sales and operational side. He’s currently working with Hostinger International as Country Manager.

At the WordCamp he will speak on the Power of Customer Obsession.

He will discuss how to understand customer’s pain points and how best to tackle them from their point of view. You’ll get valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and issues by mastering the art of conducting client interviews and internal studies.

The session also covers insights hidden in data collection by using proper segmentation and understanding your customer’s needs, wants, and desires by applying five golden survey questions. He has also promised to cover leveraging real-time insights that will help you craft more effective solutions for your customers.
