What’s the timing of WordCamp Kerala?

Registartion starts from 8:15 am on March 25, Saturday. We will start the event at 9.45 am. You can go through the whole schedule to get a detailed idea about the workshops and sessions and attend those that catch your eyes.

How to reach the location?

The location is IMA House, Kochi. You can refer this guide to know more about reaching the venue. We have also shared some accommodation options there.

What documents should I carry with me?

You should have the digital copy of of the email sent to you after successful payment and a valid ID card. You will get your entry pass only if you present your digital ticket. Not a document, but having a laptop will be great, especially while attending workshops.

You should also carry the event id-card (which will be issued at the registration desk) throughout the day, in order to get food and drinks.

What about food?

No worries about food. We take care of your lunch, tea/coffee, and snacks. Also try out these gastronomic delights when you come to Kochi.

What to expect at the WordCamp?

We promise you some exciting times! We have scheduled some interesting sessions and informative sessions that will help your WordPress journey. A vibrant crowd will get you into party-mode in no time. And don’t forget to collect some cool swags and chatup with the Sponsors at the Networking area.

What are the factors to keep in mind at the venue?

WordCamp Kerala is an eco-friendly event and we have tried hard to keep it plastic-free. We hope you’ll support us and also avoid bringing plastic bags, bottles etc to the venue.

It is also an inclusive event. Let’s keep discrimination at bay and make everyone feel welcomed. We have shared more guidelines in our Code of Conduct. This is your event. You can make it the best ever!
