Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) is an important pillar for the success of any organization or community. However, it is often seen that there is a lack of diverse voices in many technology communities and organizations. This panel discussion attempts to address this problem heads-on. The discussion will revolve along the importance of DEIB, the current shortcomings faced by underrepresented folks. The session will also talk in detail about bringing more underrepresented folks, especially women into the technology industry.
