What to do if your transaction fails?
In the unfortunate (and unlikely) event of a transaction failure, resulting in a non-issuance of a ticket (amount debited from card/account, but ticket not generated), please do not panic. Such problems are normally associated with connection issues, over which we do not have any control. If such an issue occurs, we kindly request you contact your respective card issuer/bank to get a refund of the said amount. Please drop us a line if you have any other concerns regarding tickets – we are happy to help.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Respecting the changed global situation in the world, we have made WordCamp Kerala 2024 tickets refundable. You can also transfer your ticket to other attendees as well. To get a refund, please send a message to us through our contact form or email: kerala-AT-wordcamp-DOT-org with your request. We will aim to get back to you in five business days. Please note, however, that refunds may be slightly delayed, and we may need additional banking information from you to credit the refund amount. Terms & conditions
- It is mandatory to carry a DIGITAL copy (on your phone/phablet/tablet/laptop) of the email sent to you after successful payment. Let us not harm the environment. As a security measure, we advise you to carry a valid identity proof too.
- Respecting the changed global situation in the world, we have made WordCamp Kerala 2024 tickets refundable. You can also transfer your ticket to other attendees as well.
- Only one person shall be admitted against each valid ticket.
- Event ID card: Issued at the venue’s registration desk, as per the event schedule. You should present your digital ticket to get your entry pass. Please carry the same event id-card throughout the day.
- Right of admission reserved by the Event and/or Venue Management
- By submitting the form, you are approving WordCamp Kerala to send relevant eMail & SMS communication in regards to the event & ticketing.
